Yearbooks for Sale!

Step 4: Buy a yearbook for $18

We will not be ordering any extra yearbook copies. If you want to ensure that you receive a yearbook, you must pre-order no later than MARCH 25, 2024.

Bright Futures Spaces Open!

Our Bright Futures before and after school program currently has spots available for grades one through six. TK/Kinders are still encouraged to apply because if there is a great enough need, we may be able to get the staffing for it. Please pick up and drop off an application in the office or BF office (located in MPR). Placements will be made on a first come, first served basis. Also, Boys and Girls Club is offering a FREE Spring Break Day camp from 4/1-4/5 at Oceano Elementary. You can register online at bgcslo.org/breakcamps

Student Absences

If your child is going to be absent, please fill out the absence form (linked above) or call/email our attendance secretary, Anna Almejo (805-474-3700 ex. 6278 or [email protected]). If you are sending a ParentSquare message, you are welcome to copy the teacher on the message, but please make sure it's also sent to the office.

Governed by a seven member Board of Education, Lucia Mar proudly educates more than 10,000 students who attend Lucia Mar’s eleven elementary schools, three middle schools, three comprehensive high schools, one continuation high school, one independent student study school, and one adult education program. Ongoing partnerships with community colleges, state universities, and local businesses also provide an important role in educational improvement.
