The vision of Grover Heights Elementary School Library is to foster a love of reading while encouraging students to be life-long learners by providing quality literature and resources in a welcoming and nurturing environment.
Battle of the Books!!
For students who love to read and love a challenge in grades 4, 5, and 6!!  The Battle of the Books will take place on Saturday, April 30th, from 9-2 in the Oceano Elementary cafeteria.  Students will read from a preselected list of 28 books and participate in a reading trivia competition against other Lucia Mar elementary school teams.  Please let Ms. Jackie know if you are interested, we are forming our team in the coming weeks of November.

Thank you for your wonderful support of our Scholastic Book Fair!  We will be ordering new library books soon and that is because of your generous purchases,

Library Procedures: Grades TK - 1st can check out one book at a time, Grades 2nd - 6th can check out two books at a time.  We do not charge late fees, however, lost or damaged books will need to be paid for or replaced by another hardcover book by the same title.
